"Village Chandler Training"
In an effort to reach out to customers and clientele, monthly training courses are held in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, hosted by SoyaWax founder Michael Richards. Since this is the "birthplace" of the global soy wax industry, during the last several years SoyaWax has had several hundred candle producers from all 50 states, Canada and several other nations attend our training course.
In the training course we outline the history of SoyaWax, the uses and applications for container and votive mold wax, and review general and specific information relating to the industry and future trends. Time is also allocated to participant questions and discussion. If you are interested in attending classes please contact us for additional information.
- Classes are held the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the historic Renaissance district of Cedar Rapids.
- Our training location address is: Village Chandler/The Historic Matyk Building in New Bohemia 1029 Third Street S.E., Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52401
- Classes are limited to 30 participants and require an advanced reservation.
- Fees for attending are $200.00 per person. A reduced rate of $150.00 per person is provided on groups of three or more.
